Will someone who's good at javascript tell me how to make a simple 12 hour clock in my timezone cause I have moment.js (with timezone data) installed and nothing I'm doing is working arrrghhhhh

Gave up on a splash screen and just went with a banner that links to my other main site, so this works

I've spent an absurd amount of time over the past couple days updating literally everything on my site except for my crappy splash page

I literally cannot javascript. I cobble together things I steal from w3schools and codepen. save me.
