A humble compromise suggestion: add back the follow notifications, but collapse them so that "shittybaby69 followed satyrwoud, corru, pikemalarkey, arkmsworld…" only takes up one post rather than like nine

the follow notificstions were great, not sure why anyone would want them gone
I don't understand how notifications work, I think I have only received 1 in the last 3 years
im not sure how hard itd be on neocities's end to do this but it feels like a good way to do it. the sheer amnt of notifs like that made it a lot harder to keep up with site updates but i dont necessarily mind seeing them, they just needed condensed.
