The second you mentioned Vicarious Visions, everything fell into place about why this game is the way it is, as I got a ton of Crash/Spyro Fusion vibes from the minigame structure and the pre-rendered graphics.

I remember finding out these existed after the GBA era, I don't know if they were ever sold in my country. Somehow, I don't think we missed out on much.

I really love writing reviews for The Game Boy Abyss, but recently I've been feeling... I dunno, discouraged? Views are down across the board, and whilst I know I shouldn't have those in mind when I write these reviews, it doesn't feel great that people aren't reading, and makes me feel that I've done something wrong, or the quality of my posts have gone down.

I think Neocities sometimes just runs in cycles. The quality of your work is still high, I am always amazed by the strange games you buckle down and finish! I don’t feel like views and engagement have a ton of rhyme or reason on here, though.

Unfortunately, a lot of users just... don't read the text on websites. As such, websites with lots of text are sometimes disregarded :/ It's a shame, really. We really love your work.

Minish Cap is actually my favourite Zelda game, although I'm not the biggest fan of the series as a whole so my tastes might be a little weird. The slow pacing of a lot of post-Ocarina of Time Zelda games doesn't really gel with me, but Minish Cap absolutely did and was a ton of fun
