@capstasher its already been quite a while, and I dont know any details (probably nobody knows except their team) but their digitalised manuscripts haven't been viewable for more than half a year now :[
after searching for a long long while I finally found a manuscript that has descriptions of medicinal herbs that are easy to make a transcript of -- Lonitzer, Adam: Vollständiges Kräuterbuch -- only in old German but I think its possible to machine translate it mostly well. will figure out the formatting&design some other time
