Es porque generalmente, como el sitio está en inglés y la mayoria de su trafico es por angloparlantes, que hay preferencia por crear los sitios en inglés aún si la persona habla otra lengua.
I find it stupid how some here demonize carrd creators like it's not a hard job too, the interface of carrd is really bad, your progress is erased, you can only do 3, it bugs too much, it's easier than html but that doesn't make it an easy job you know
