So on a scale from Madame Sousatzka to Farewell My Concubine, how does the severity of pedagogic abuse rate? Is a switch applied....?
Problems arise when idiolectic specificity and sesquipedality exceed an AI's immanent lexical capacities. For obvious reasons, this recurs often when manipulating AI with English, Japanese, Tamil, Korean, Portuguese prompts.
For one example, certain (usu. abstruse) fauna and flora can't be properly modeled or taxonomized in varied contexts by some AI because their Latinate vocabularies weren't properly programmed.
C: "Wanna get a hotel?" B: "Nah, got shit to do still" C: "Do you ever take the night off? ...Or take the SUIT off?"
I want to share your hopeful enthusiasm for mainstream AI prompting but the paranoid pessimist within tells me you'd much earlier see AI being culled to uselessness to cater to the lowest common denominator than a linguistic renaissance happening.
I faintly recall that I read that article by Stoll back in '97. It's even more unprescient and asinine now than it was then.
Very nice, and available on Linux, too. Nice, nice.
This is VERY cool; I used to play one of these live whenever the JX-8P was unsuitable :P
