I've just disabled youtube and facebook on my phone.
thank you :) we have put a lot of effort in this time around to relearn a lot of our attention span skills before attempting to dive back into social media. it's slow, we still use youtube and reddit, but those aren't nearly as harmful as say twitter or instagram. -yuna
