> i_have_started_to_write_a_physical_diary.txt When I kept a physical diary/journal -- which is something I will return to doing -- I kept a format similar to the one you proposed. I would number my entry and write the date, then title each section or topic of the entry. I used to log the hour as well, but for no reason. It helps to have space or dividers between sections for neatness, too.
