So rad. It reminds me of a thing I saw in the early 00's where someone tried to get "this page intentionally left blank" to be a thing on the web, instead of just in print.
@misterdizzy I'm confused on what that is? (I'm 16 years old and not that deep into the weeb :P)
@abigblueworld https://ux.stackexchange.com/a/81827 this sums it up quite nicely!
(to mimikitty49) what were districts? i've only been on neocities for about a month, so i don't know
I think they were a worker at Neocities who left (Like they worked for Neocities back in the day)
districts was a neighborhoods site, basically had a bunch of other links to websites, and everything had it's own category
Sorry about the comments, I thought I was being spammed but it was actually just my feed
Oh hey you archived the page! While not everyone agrees with F+F's actions, I still miss scrolling through the neighbours, so thanks!
I'm glad you like it. I would say two types of people have responded to it the most. 1) Obvious nostalgia vibes, and 2) people that play FPS games. One guy told me that he used it for a while to warm up.
As someone who's nostalgic for XP and plays FPS games, it definitely speaks to me in both ways :D
